Sue has been selected, as a Tenor, to join Philip Thorby for the 400-year anniversary performance of this masterwork by Monteverdi, in Venice, at the Frari church, with period instruments. Monteverdi is buried in the Frari, and we will be performing the work on one of the feast days for which Monteverdi may have written it. I will be singing some of the tenor solos!
