Vivaldi's Women performs this recreation of Vivaldi's music at the East Finchley Arts Festival as he would have heard it in Venice at the Ospedale della Pieta. An orphanage for girls, Vivaldi directed female performers both instrumental and choral and as with Vivaldi's Women, all parts from Soprano to Bass are sung by women.
