Copland and the Cold War ~ I'm so excited to be performing with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra again for this fun and unique presentation, as well as putting the chorus together. This melding of music, theater and history aims to explore the effect that the Red Scare and communism had on Aaron Copland’s music and point of view in the 1950s.
